HaulCommand Companion privacy
The optional browser companion calculates values entered by the user, can locally color the Truckstop result rows already visible to that user after remembered consent, and reads one complete load only after a user click and mandatory review.
Data entered
Route, rate, miles, expense assumptions, load reference, appointments, equipment, notes, optional broker details and load text deliberately pasted by the user for local extraction.
Remembered result-list consent
After the user accepts the disclosure once, the extension may locally parse only the Truckstop result rows already rendered in the visible page. It adds temporary green, yellow, red or gray decision-support badges and optional filters. It does not refresh searches, request more results, retain rows or send result-list data to HaulCommand.
Complete load reading
When the user clicks Analyze this load, the extension may read only the complete load currently visible in that Truckstop tab. It returns the supported reference, route, rate, miles, broker contact, MC, equipment and any visible CreditStop/RTS grade or days-to-pay signal to a mandatory preview.
Excluded browser data
The extension does not access passwords, cookies, authentication tokens, browser history, or the Truckstop page's local or session storage. It does not transmit or retain raw page HTML.
Workspace context
With an authorized tenant-scoped Companion credential, the extension can read drivers, assigned units, trailers, carrier company fee settings, recent loads and broker credit results from that user's HaulCommand workspace.
Workspace connection
The browser opens the signed-in HaulCommand session, creates a dedicated least-privilege Companion credential and stores it with the tenant ID/name in the user's local Chromium profile. The raw credential is never displayed or copied, is sent only to the configured HaulCommand URL, expires, can be revoked and cannot silently renew against a different tenant.
Minimum browser access
Truckstop access is an optional browser permission granted only after the disclosure. A locally bundled content script then adds the HaulCommand interface to Truckstop pages in that browser profile. It does not access other sites, click Truckstop controls, submit searches, turn pages or load remote executable code.
No financial sessions
The extension does not collect factoring usernames, passwords, cookies or session tokens. Automatic provider results require an approved server-to-server integration.
Decision support
The result-list color uses only visible route, rate, mileage, any visible deadhead and the user's saved RPM and deadhead thresholds. The complete-load score may also use entered operating economics, a provider result, a saved broker credit result or the exact CreditStop/RTS signal visible in the reviewed load. A visible page signal remains review-only until independently verified by a connected provider. None of these are market-rate, demand, fraud or reload predictions.
Tenant audit
After the user approves the preview, HaulCommand records the tenant, source host, timestamp and names of the applied fields. Page HTML is never included in the audit.
Read-only page card
After the user confirms the reviewed comparison, the extension may insert a HaulCommand card into the current Truckstop tab. The card uses a closed isolated root, receives no API key, displays only that tenant's matching workspace context and cannot edit, click or submit Truckstop controls.
Confirmed broker email
If a visible broker email is reviewed, Companion can prepare a message with a verified company mailbox. Sending requires the user to review sender, recipient, subject and body, check a one-message authorization and click Send. Delivery occurs on the HaulCommand server, is tenant-scoped, throttled and stored in communication history.
Limited use
Captured Truckstop fields are used only to provide the requested load review and quote workflow. They are not used to train models, advertise, build a shared load database or serve another tenant.
User control
The user can filter or pause list colors and can revoke Truckstop access at any time. Captured complete-load fields remain in preview until the user applies or discards them. A load is sent only when the user separately chooses Save as quote. Broker messages are never sent automatically and require their own one-message confirmation.
